With more than 18 years of experience in Nursing and Management, Gladwin is dedicated to ensuring that the organization retains its position as an industry leader in giving excellent care to those in need.

A double degree holder in Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Computer Science with 12 years experience in her profession both in Philippines and Cambodia. Passionate in helping the aging population. Treatment is for a medical condition, caring is for a loved one. The elder may not be a “loved one,” but we approach each client with respect, care and compassion.

MELY FLORES

Caring people is one of the noblest ways to serve one’s country. Those who have a heart for caring need not to be the smartest in class as there are other venues that qualify them to become a successful nurses. This is especially true for those who render Medical Services to the society. Take for instance, Mely Flores, a Registered Nurse in the Philippines for 11 years. Her primary duty involves caring for patients who are suffering from kidney failure. This assures the best patient services relative to clinical quality, care and at the least expense. This includes intensive management and intervention to a patient who are in need of utmost care.

MARY LALAINE CABRAS

Finished an education of Master of Arts in Nursing, has 19 years of extensive nursing experience. Trained in Kyoto Japan as a nurse and had bedside care experience for elder clients. The HR and Quality control officer of Filcare believe that dignity and autonomy should be embraced in the care of the elders as dignity is nearly comparable to the quality of life in old age, and for some it is valued even more than life.

JOHN CHRISTIAN FLORES

John is a graduate with a bachelors degree in Engineering and Nursing at the University of San Agustin and Iloilo Doctors’ College. He started his career in 2010 as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines. Practiced his profession for more than 9 years as Dialysis Nurse. Moreover, John has a lot of related experience who is responsible for delivering a high quality and expert level of care to a patient in need. He also implement primary and preventive care to manage chronic conditions and health concerns of elderly patients in a comprehensive, continuous manner for geriatric and homebound patients in the home and nursing facilities as he believes that Perseverance, Dedication and Love in what you are doing leads to Success.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce with 17 years of experience in the media and advertising fields, both in the Philippines and Cambodia. One of his priority is to promote superior quality of service through media advertising which can raise awareness and improves the comfort of individuals who require highest level of care.
