FILCARE Inc.’s Directors, Management, and Staff believe that all residents, whether at home, in an aged care facility, or in a hospital setting, are entitled to receive the best level of care and services from a team of knowledgeable and caring professionals in a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment. Residents are encouraged to be involved and participate in decision-making, as well as to continue to develop their own personalities and achieve their specific goals.

Our Commitments
Care is a universal need – a mantra in life that we instill within us. Elderly care requires detailed attention. With our busy lives, extending care entails time and effort, it is tedious and challenging. We understand how demanding this could be since our team are composed of nurses by profession. For us Filipinos, it is an innate culture to take care of our elders. Looking after them is our way of showing our love and appreciation for molding us to become the individuals that we are today. And this culture is what we want to share in the Canadian community for we Filipinos are known to be hard working and with a caring and compassionate heart. And with this aspiration, Filipino Care Inc. (FilCare Inc.) was born. We want this organization to be the best in taking care of your Elders as if you are the one caring for them. We will not only give attention to their physical well-being nevertheless we want to focus on their capacity to achieve their personal goals while staying with us. Being in an organization like FilCare Inc. does not solely mean “they are there for physical care” but being cared holistically. With compassionate, competent and efficient staff. We are immensely confident that your family will get the optimum care that they need.
